All of our customers have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days after purchase without stating the reason. The product has to be in perfect condition and without any signs of usage. You need to be able to present the invoice for this certain order. In that case we return the full amount together with shipping costs to your account. We don’t cover the shipping cost to return the product. Conditions for returning products:
- the product should be clean and have no signs of use
- the product cannot be damaged
- if possible in the original packaging
- fill in the return form and send it to our email address
- according our terms, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer
I bought the wrong size!
No problem – we can send a different one! If you need to exchange a product you bought it has to be in perfect condition and without any signs of usage. If there will be a difference in cost a payment correction has to be made. Please inform us by email (email@example.com) or phone (+48 793 207 318) if you want to exchange a product.
Please inspect your package at delivery. If the package arrives damaged write a report with the courier.
If you encourage any flaws in the delivered products please photograph the problem and send it to us by email (including the order number). We will contact you to find a solution to your problem.
